Return & Exchange Policy

The item is in its original condition, with packaging intact, and has not been washed, worn, or used.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Kindly ensure you choose these items carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges Due to Error or Damage
We will promptly arrange an exchange if:

You received the wrong product or size; or

The product was damaged upon delivery.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales.uae@tulips.com.pk with your Order Number and relevant details.
Our team will arrange a pickup of the items from your location, you do not need to send the product yourself.
